The pain points when using the truly wireless earbuds

However, the pain points encountered in the use of wireless headphones include a number of aspects, like the basic Bluetooth connection stability, low latency, convenience, wearing comfort, as well as sound quality, noise reduction, range, call clarity, etc... Among these, the wireless headset battery life and wearing comfort has become the outstanding pain point problem for various earbud manufacturers trying to solve.  Next, we may check the ways we have charged our Samsung Galaxy earbuds.

Check the battery charging precautions

1. Place buds in the original charging box but not use any other that equipped other buds. The protective case included with the earbuds is designed to provide the best charging for your earbuds.

2. Corrosion may occur if there is any kind of liquid, including sweat, on the charging terminals. Clean the terminals before charging the battery.

3. Using a power source other than the charger (such as a computer) may slow down the charging speed due to lower current.

4. It is normal that the earbuds and charging case may get hot when charging. It will not affect the life or performance of the earbuds. If the battery temperature is higher than usual, the charger will stop charging.

5. If the earbuds and charging case are fully discharged, they may take a while to open.

6. Avoid bending the charger which may damage or shorten the life of the charger, do not use a damaged charger.

7. If the earbud battery indicator is black or flashing red, remove the earbuds to ensure that the two earbud tips and wingtips are properly connected. It may be necessary to clean the earbuds, including the charging contacts. Then reinsert the earbuds.

8. If the indicator does not work as described in the "Battery Indicator" section, disconnect and reconnect the charger. Check the USB cable, wall adapter, and charging case for damage. You may need to try a different USB cable and wall adapter.

Properly charge your earbuds and charging case

After a long workout or listening to music, your earbuds will need to be charged. Remember that the charging case has its own charging function as well. Fortunately, you can charge both the earbuds and the charging case together.

A. First open the earbud charging case that came with your earbuds.

B. Place the earbuds into the corresponding slots in the case. Then, close the lid.

C. You can charge both earbuds at the same time, or you can put only one into the charging case. Please remember that the battery life will be different if charged separately.

D. Next, connect the charging cable to the USB charging port on the back of the charging case. Then, plug the other end of the charging cable into a power source, such as a wall outlet or computer.

E. Please note that when the battery is completely drained, the case or headset will take at least 20 to 30 minutes to open.

F. You can check the charging status of the earbuds in several different ways.

(1). Android devices: The Galaxy Wearable app displays the current battery percentage of the headset at the top of the home tab. For newer models, you can see the battery life of both the earbuds and the charging case.
