Grepow Battery Announces Manufacturing Agreement with Powerbanc Group

Shenzhen, China – September 28, 2025 – Grepow Battery Co., Ltd. (“Grepow”), a leading global manufacturer of high-performance lithium-ion batteries, today announced that it has entered into a formal manufacturing agreement with Powerbanc Group Limited (“Powerbanc”), a BVI-registered company specializing in advanced battery-powered consumer electronics.

Under this agreement, Grepow will serve as a key battery cell manufacturing partner for Powerbanc’s Nautilus and Nautilus Nano power banks. These products integrate SafeCore® battery safety technology, licensed from Amionx, Inc., which is designed to make lithium-ion cells resistant to catastrophic thermal runaway events, offering consumers a safer alternative in portable charging solutions.
