The T20 is equipped with a new drone battery. It uses a more costly chemical system with 3.5C charging 9C discharge capacity. When working, the heat is reduced by 50%, the temperature rise is reduced by 10 degrees Celsius, and the charging temperature can be tolerated by up to 55 to 60 degrees Celsius. This ensures that the battery can be recharged on the ground, without the need for additional cooling.

What are the designs of drone battery

The design of drone battery includes performance design, structural design and battery management system (BMS) design. Performance design refers to the design of voltage, capacity and life. The structural design refers to the design of lithium battery shell, diaphragm, electrolyte and other structural parts. The battery management system is designed to be based on industrial grade ARM-32 bit processor and matches high-precision AFE front-end acquisition chip to realize precise measurement and intelligent management of key parameters such as voltage, current, temperature, capacity and life cycles of each cell.

Comprehensive analysis of flight technical indicators

The first step is to make a comprehensive analysis of various given drone technical indicators to identify the key issues of battery design. Usually in order to meet the technical requirements of the entire drone, the proposed battery technical indicators are operating voltage, voltage accuracy, operating current, working time, mechanical load, life and environmental temperature. The third step is to design the battery structure.
