500Wh/kg Series Semi-Solid State High Energy Density Battery Pack

Grepow has introduced an advanced semi-solid-state battery series, offering a high energy density up to 500Wh/kg. Using silicon-carbon anode technology and a safety-focused design with ceramic separators and flame-retardant materials, the series delivers more energy at a lower battery weight and supports stable discharge from -20°C to 60°C. Available in 44Ah 6S and 12S configurations with up to 1953.6Wh of nominal energy, it provides 44A continuous discharge current and up to 90A pulse current with the standard XT90S-F connector. The series is designed for long-range fixed-wing UAVs, VTOL aircraft, mapping, surveying, logistics, environmental monitoring, and communication relay missions. Grepow also provides customizable voltage, capacity, dimensions, cables, connectors, and charging solutions to support integration with different professional drone platforms.
